Yogurt is creamy and soft, and offers a wide variety of flavors for your enjoyment. In addition, yogurt is a dairy product chock full of calcium that can help strengthen your bones. You can also combine yogurt in other recipes like dips and marinades to make them easier for consumption.
Just be careful if you decide to mix yogurt with other toppings, such as granola, nuts, chocolate chips, or hard fruit. These can disturb the surgical site, so it’s best to leave them out.
